"Great location and superb view of the Bay of Santander from the sea view rooms. Interior looking a bit untidy in places and breakfast room wasn’t great. Deposits needed for everything like pool towels, in room safe etc etc."

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"Beautiful room with east and south windows. Very, very good price. View of ancient church and tiny town, hillside, cows. There is a big wind that came up each night. Dogs bark, starting at sunset, and go until 11 pm, when they stop. View of Bay of Biscay from breakfast room. Good breakfast."
