Nice hotel with friendly staff - it looked like they were undergoing renovations while they were there, so not all of the amenities were available. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This is a great place to stay if you are leaving king for a quiet place that is within walking distance of great restaurants and parks

The Hotel itself is fine and good value for money - unfortunately the area around the hotel has deteriorated and was very dirty with rubbish strewn over the streets. The hotel is clean and tidy and the roof top seating area is nice. The rooms are ok but dated as are the bathroom facilities but for the price it was a good and value option to stay.

This is a very nice, comfortable property. The kitchen was not open so there was no breakfast, but there were cafes near by. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them, If anything could improve it would be internet access which was patchy.

Locks you in – and doesn’t have a first aid kit

I suspect someone is trying to boost this hotel’s ratings with false reviews. This is not a 3,5 star hotel. It’s maximum 2. There’s no breakfast and no bar available, the hotel is old, and rather dirty. Furniture, bed, shower, toilet, everything is worn down and would need a complete refurbishment. The staff is friendly though. The hotel is located next to the party area Bella Vista, but on the “wrong” side, in an area that is so unsafe that a majority of the buildings have barbed wire fences. The hotel itself locks you in, because of the area, with an iron gate infront of the front door. You’ll have to call for assistance to be let out of the hotel, and in of course. Also, I fell and scratched my elbow around the corner from the hotel. When asking the reception for a first aid kit, desinfectant and band aids, the guy working just said that none was available, because it was locked away at this hour he said they did have one, but it was locked away at this time and he didn’t have the key (this was at 8.30pm). On top of that, they have a very complicated WiFi-system with equally complicated passwords and still don’t reach all rooms. So count on using your roaming if you’re travelling internationally. And the last day there was no electricity in the whole building from very early morning and still none when I collected my bags and left for the airport at 2pm.

Good stay with iffy wifi.

The location was great and I was extremely thankful that they have an elevator. The one thing that I didn’t love was the WiFi. It was super spotty in my room and would drop and make you re-verify your access frequently.

Our South American Adventure

It's a small hotel, cozy and comfortable. After five days there we felt like we were home. The receptionists were wonderful, friendly, kind and very helpful. Our room was always clean.

The property is very depressing looking and different than the photos online. The bedding was very dirty, filled with stains. The staff are lovely and super nice. If you can spare the additional money, I would stay somewhere else.

This is the armpit of The city. unsafe neighborhood, filthy property, poorly functioning parking plumbing, bugs everywhere and they lock you in because the area is so unsafe and they don’t want nefarious characters entering. We checked in and checked out 20 minutes later. The photos you see online must have been taken many years ago. This is bait and switch! Of course done manager will respond to this review and apologize, offering to make it “right” next time- don’t buy it it! This place is more in line with a crack house than a hotel. You have been WARNED!

L’hôtel est très bien situé et le personnel est accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Les espaces communs sont spacieux et bien aménagés, parfaits pour se détendre. La chambre, bien que petite, est confortable. Cependant, j’ai été déçu par le manque de propreté : des taches fraîches étaient visibles sur le couvre-lit et la salle de bain aurait mérité un nettoyage plus approfondi. Avec une attention plus soutenue sur ce point, l’expérience aurait été excellente.

O Hotel tem uma localização boa para alguns pontos turisticos, como: Pátio Bella Vista e do centro. Possiblitando acesso aos mesmos a pé. Os quartos são amplos,banheiro grande e varanda, possui elevador, e uma área de cozinha com microondas, forno de pequeno porte, na área de refeitório fica disponível café e chá, mas não há café da manhã no hotel. Possuí alguns restaurante e lanchonete pelo entorno do hotel. Funcionários solicitos e atenciosos. Mas se puder deixar pontos de melhorias, falaria da limpeza, pois ao chegar no quarto havia cabelo no box, e o hotel deixa a porta de acesso trancada, com isso para adentrar ao mesmo deve tocar uma campanhia e por algumas vezes não havia funcionários na recpção.
