The helpful, friendly staff at the front desk were awesome. One even remembered my name and brought tea for my sick friend. We arrived shortly after 8 and we’re not given an early check in, despite that being one of the bonuses offered. We did end up getting in about an hour early. Friends were given discount vouchers for tourist attractions. We were not.

Not very helpful staff. Not very clean. maybe this is a 1-2 star Hotel - but not more. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than business travel.

I expected a better service, but…

I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately.
