"Toilet and washing basin had poor drainage - we reported but they could not do anything. It does not flow properly. We tried to have dinner for 6 people they do not have materials. We had to go out to look for restaurants. No floor towel, no small towel in the bathroom. This is not because of staff, but very poor management. "
