"I can't imagine a better Pousada! Everything was taken care of perfectly from Sabrina (hostess) literally coming to greet us as we unloaded our luggage to the beautifully appointed chalet. There really wasn't a check in process, she just walked us to our chalet (we stayed in the Exclusive) and walked us through everything in the chalet. "Staff makes you feel really welcome (thanks João and Douglas, among others). Great to have free parking so close to Capivary Center! Breakfast is very good and varied even if not exactly mindblowing. Acoustic isolation is not great and you can hear other guests and housecleaning often. Room is good although not luxurious. No power outlets near beds (there's only one used for the lamp) is a major inconvenience."
