"LOVE this hotel. The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. Plan to eat at least one dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was amazing. Lots of people came to eat at the restaurant that weren't even staying at the hotel. Didn't eat breakfast but if dinner was any indication it would have been great. Rooms were very nice. Modern bathroom with good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Great location just a short walk to the main square. If we go back to Valencia we would stay there...

"This hotel is excellent. The staff were excellent, the glass of fizz on arrival was a treat. The rooms were a great size and we appreciated the coffee machine, chocolates and good amounts of water. Double sinks in the room made it great for two mates. Pillows amazing and comfy beds"

"The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble, from booking taxis to recommending restaurants to sorting queries about the room. The breakfast buffet is very varied with plenty of choice, catering for everyone and the hot food freshly cooked to order and taste. We liked the rooftop terrace bar and again very friendly staff. Our only disappointment was the bedroom. We booked a superior room but when asked to do online...

"Poca atención, pésimo desayuno, poca ayuda, pero tiene una ubicación maravillosa. Tuve que pedir cambio de cuarto porque daba a una azotea completamente sucia yo creo que no deberían hacer eso porque las habitaciones que ponen para resecar se ven de otra manera. Y Meliá no es precisamente un hotel barato. Creo por cómo he viajado con ustedes que son muy taxistas con los mexicanos y no deberían. Me lo pensaré la próxima ves. Gracias por su atención."

"I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and the hotel responded to my queries before the stay in a timely manner. We had a classic suite - it was very nice to have a proper sofa in the room and the bed was very comfortable. We didn't use the mini-kitchen facilities in the room as we ate breakfast on the terrace each morning but useful if you don't fancy going out. Breakfast was very tasty - each morning there was a bowl of pastries, juice, yogurt and fruit and then we chose from a menu - can...

"Very nice location, close to restaurants , shopping and public transportation. If you bring a car, the parking is 25 dollars per day. The room was very modern and extra clean."

"The location was fabulous, with a great balcony space. The bedroom and bathroom were good sizes too. Breakfast was limited in choice and staff had to be reminded daily to get bowls, cups, cold milk and despite photos of a lovely breakfast with fried and poached eggs there were none, scrappy bits of not nice bacon, which was more like scraps of wafer thin bacon / ham. Reception staff were pleasant. A generous 4 out of 5 due to the location and room facilities"

"Comfortable, modern apartment within walking distance of the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia centre is a short bus ride away. We managed to find a parking spot in a nearby street, but we got lucky. Parking spots were very rare. Very friendly staff."
