My first stay was a great experience, starting with the private and secure parking area under the building, being welcomed by friendly staff, and being taken to my room by a friendly bellhop. The room had everything I needed, including a very comfortable mattress. A 10-minute walk took me to an ocean-front restaurant for dinner. Breakfast at the hotel was simple but good. I will defintely be back here.

Cute boutique hotel in a central safe location in Santo Domingo. Breakfast is included and was delicious. Room was tight but got the job done. Hotel staff was pleasant. Everything was very clean. Only con: Pool is very small and had a few loose tiles which can be dangerous.

My stay at this hotel was excellent! The hotel was spotless and very clean at all times. The room was comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water, which made the stay even better. The breakfasts were delicious, and the location was perfect (very central and close to everything). The staff was also extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The staff is great, accommodating, and caring. I was disappointed at not having a working phone in the room, no working cable, or Netflix account set up to enjoy some entertainment during down time. I’ve stayed at smaller facilities both hotel like and air b and b and the amenities were of higher quality. Also, the lack of lighting in the pool area, or when walking some of the hallways were concerning as a female staying alone. Again, all of the staff during all the shifts were very polite and professional. I travel often to DR and it was my first time staying, not sure that I would return or recommend the property.

I checked in the evening with a the front desk receptionist he was a Haitian man and he kept lying about what I was being asked. I want to note that I had to check out early and only spent the evening and left early afternoon. Lastly, all the other staff was superb, I also want to add that this isn’t anything against him because he’s Haitian he didn’t know I knew his native tongue and my parents were both from Haiti, so him trying to scam me was absolutely ridiculous and disappointing.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and nice. The location is very convenient and indoor parking in available. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. Staff was kind and check in was easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic staff. Even the security guards were extremely helpful. The patio on the 4th floor is a blessing.great quality hotel. The breakfast was also very tasty. So much to say about this great hotel.

This is a lovely hotel not too far away from local shops and supermarkets. The food here is also really good although a little pricy once the tax is added on but that is the same everywhere we have visited in Santo Domingo. The staff are very friendly and the room is lovely especially with the air conditioning as it was very humid while we were here. Overall a brilliant experience.

We loved our stay. The rooftop with the pool and outdoor living room was our favorite! We were at the cafe several times and the caramel frappe was amazing. The free breakfast was good as well. I would definitely recommend this place.
