La estadia estubo bien hasta el dia que hicimos check-out. Nuestra habitacion fue entregada en excelencia y cuando ivamos saliendo la mucama que estaba en la habitacion del lado limpiando insistio la dejaramos abierta. A nuestra sorpresa nos dijeron que debiamos $25 dolares de una toalla manchada QUE NO ERA NUESTRA! LA MUCAMA la puso en nuestra habitacion y insistio que si que era de nosotras. De muy mal gusto, creemos era de la recamara de al lado que habia hecho check-out y nos la puso Intencionalmente a nosotras para cobrar el fee. Inaceptable

The place is in good area and is clean, but the music in the rooftop club was terrible I couldn’t sleep at all, and the parking on Saturday night is terrible due to people that goes to the club took all parking..

When we arrived the front desk clerk (a lady)was very dry and careless. I was one hour before check in time but she had some attitude letting me know the check in is at 3. We spent 7 nights and our bed sheets were changed once because I asked. We were 3 in the room and they charged some extra for the 3rd guess but every night I have to call to request a 3 rd bath towel. Microwave turned on but no heat and stove never worked and I reported but they did not resolved the issues. I have to mention and recognized front desk clerk Francesco was very kind and courteous.
