Everyone at the hotel was invaluable, friendly and accommodating. They provided excellent service and suggestions to make our stay a memorable one. I definitely recommend staying here, especially if you want to stay in Santorini, but just outside of the busier spots like Oia and Fira

The staff here were so helpful and kind! They provided help with booking transportation and gave us recommendations on things to do in the area. The room was stunning and clean with a great view. The pool was beautiful, and I loved the quiet, relaxing vibe of this place. They provided free breakfast, which was fantastic, and they had a bar & other menu items near the pool to order at your convenience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Santorini, especially couples!

High ranking! Very friendly service, all services and wishes were met with a good and dedicated attitude. All facilities were comfortable and of sufficient size, swimming pool, sun loungers, pool bar, restaurant, etc. Special mention was made of the breakfast, which you could choose from a list, in addition to a buffet table and croissants served to the tables. As well as a large bottle of water included in the room rate every day. Even the taxi rides arranged through the hotel were reasonably priced, as they are often quite expensive.

Our first time in Santorini was magical, and staying at Danae Suites made it even more special. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the suite was elegant and spotless with stunning views, and the ambience was peaceful and romantic. The location is perfect for enjoying both privacy and the beauty of the island. We felt truly cared for, and the kindness of everyone made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended – we can’t wait to return!

Had a great stay here. The staff were friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool was lush and the sunset view was amazing! A 20 minute walk away from Oia, this is perfect is you just want to chill out away from the hustle and bustle and tourists.

Beautiful resort with infinity pool and view of sea, mountains and other islands. View of sunset at pool and sunrise from our patio! Gorgeous boho style with very friendly staff, excellent food and perfect proximity to other towns. Thank you to all of the staff there for ensuring a wonderful stay!

Great time

We stayed 5 nights and 6 days and had a wonderful stay. The staff at the bar is awesome. Breakfast was good and they have a club sandwich that is really good. Housekeeping was great always left the room very clean. My only complaint is that there is no microwave for guests to use anywhere which is an inconvenience if you have food you would like to eat later. Otherwise I would rate our stay a 8/10.

We stayed a week here and for us it was perfect. We had a villa with a private pool which I would very much recommend but they have a lovely shared pool too. The staff were really professional and everyone went out of their way to be friendly and attentive. They work very hard but we're always smiling and friendly. We loved it there. The food we had was great and really generous. The breakfast was enormous and cooked to order. You do have a bit of a stroll to the nearest village and it's about a 20 minute walk to Oia. That was fine for us and we liked that it was a bit away from other places For us it was perfect and I recommend Danae very highly.

The property was clean and very comfortable. After a long day of touring, we returned to the property to sit on the patio and look at the ocean. The staff was tremendously accommodating. On our last night, a guest in another room stole one of our patio chairs, preventing all of my guests from sitting outside. The staff was so apologetic; two staff members carried a bench from the pool area to our patio so that we could enjoy our last night looking at the ocean.

We had an awesome experience at this hotel. It is in quite a unique spot, on the pathway of the numerous alleys in Finikia, close to Oia. The pathways are pedestrian only, and featured a very cool neighbourhood that seemed like it was built into the rocks. It was easy to walk up to Oia, passing a few great restaurants along the way, and ending up in the fantastic Oia. The hotel staff are super friendly, the room was very unique and comfortable. Breakfast was great, also. Overall, a very unique and great experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights for our honeymoon and we fell in love with the property and with the hospitality of the staff. Christian helped us immensely when we first arrived with a dilemma we had and handled what would have been a very stressful situation without his help. All the staff members were professional and friendly. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. The property had a delicious breakfast menu and their lunch menu was also very tasty. The views were lovely overlooking the beach. Overall, my husband and I were glad to have selected a more “quiet” location in Santorini with only being a 20 min drive away from the hotspots. Highly recommend staying at this property!

I loved this hotel the staff was so kind but its the distance. Most taxis cant drive in front of the hotel because the streets are small so you have to walk for 7 minutes on cobble stones and hills. The hotel was near Oía (20 minute walk) which has restaurants and shops and more hotels but besides that we had to take the taxi everywhere. The hotel is more like a remote couples hotel. If you love hiking and want to be away from the tourist areas this is the place for you.

We loved this property! We got the suite with the private pool which was amazing and reasonably priced for all we got. We had an ATV that we picked up right from the airport, strapped our luggage to, and used for the entirety of our trip. I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are not renting a car, atv, or moped. It is remote, and cabs are not plentiful. We could take our atv into Oia for dinner in under 10 mins and one night we just ordered room service because the view of the sunset from our private pool was too hard to get away from. The food was ok, but nothing spectacular. The hotel staff was so warm and welcoming and made sure we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included and was made to order, simple but did the job.

The hotel is very nice, quiet, clean with good views but a bit excluded from transportation and not comfortable to walk to bus stops or the beach. The access up to the hotel from the road is a bit tight, the cobble stone road is narrow and many transport services do not want to take you all the way to the entrance so it makes carrying luggage up the hill for more than 700 Mts a very complicated task. The reception team is attentive and try to offer solutions to any questions, yet you need to be stern with your requests. There is a very amiable and very efficient staff person named Arkiontis who has great disposition while serving at the bar or breakfast but not all the staff are as amenable. I would recommend that if you take a shuttle from the port, you insist on being taken up all the way to the hotel entrance. Review and compare prices for transportation services and for tours in Santorini before booking with the hotel's recommendations. Also, there are no other convenient food options nearby so the hotel menu is pricey for the quality it serves.
