This property is stunning! We stayed in two of the suites and both were beautifully designed, premium bedding, stayed cool, and the outdoor pool and patio were like from an architectural magazine. Check in with Dmitrios was fantastic - could not be happier with this stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Newly built and everything was stylish and spotless. Luxurious bedding and toiletries, check-in and communication was smooth and helpful, the balcony with hot-tub was gorgeous. Located on a quiet street around the corner from the famous (and busy!) vistas. Mini-market right next door for any essentials.

Absolutely stunning property! I booked this for my mom's birthday, and it was the perfect backdrop for photos. The cave suites are iconic and look even better in person than they do in the pictures. Dimitrius was incredibly accommodating and watched our luggage so we could make our 9:00 AM catamaran excursion stress-free. The property sits on a walkway popular with cruise travelers, so expect to see onlookers stopping to take photos of how beautiful it is! The sunrise views from the hot tub are completely unbeatable. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this brand-new hotel! Everything was spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained. The room was very comfortable, and we especially loved the luxury toiletries—they were such a nice touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and everything Fira has to offer. Our host was also amazing—very communicative, responsive, and always willing to help. They even helped us arrange taxis whenever we needed one, which made our stay so much easier. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Fira!

From check in to check out, Demetrios was amazing. Very helpful with getting us to the property to providing tips on sightseeing, restaurants and everything. He ensured we were informed of everything and if we needed anything, he provided his number for immediate contact. Property was absolutely amazing, in the heart of Fira with a stunning panoramic views of the ocean on one side and of the beautiful Santorini island and the Blue Domes of Fira on the other side. Safe area of Fira. Room was renovated, clean and beds were set up to accommodate our family of 4. Room came with a private terrace and jacuzzi which was incredibly comfortable. We got to see the most beautiful sunrise from our balcony! Overall, highly recommend this stay at La Madeleine Suites in Fira.
