The location was convenient and communication with the manager was excellent. However, the room was situated in the basement, lacked windows, and had a noticeable damp smell, which affected the overall comfort.

Located in Thera or Fira, close to bus station, and taxi, but if you come to Santorini it’s better to invest in a nicer hotel, it was not clean, or at least don’t take the base rooms. It ruin my experience in Santorini.

The property was ok to stay in there was no windows and had an odd smell almost like a cave we stayed 2 nights and on the second night the power went out for about 8 hours which was unfortunate but it is in a good location and was affordable

Ephrem, was our host. And he goes above and beyond. Very friendly host and communication is amazing. Our flight was delayed and met us personally and helped us with transportation to our hotel and made check in and check out a smooth process. Highly recommend!

balling on a budget - ideal location

the towels felt like sandpaper but would be replaced when asked. they also didnt provide handsoap, but instead just little bottles of showel gel for hand washing in the bathroom. other than that, the location was great and to us that was really important. super cute bakery down the street for breakfast and Filos for the best gyros.

Everything about this property was good, with the minor exception of the noise coming from the bathroom fan and fridge. The former, in particular sounded like a tractor and prompted me to use it as little as possible. The latter, instead, was not as loud, but its sporadic fairly loud nature, did make my sleep a bit difficult on a couple if nights.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at HOTEL NOLIS White FIRA with my family, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! From the moment I booked the room, the manager, Efran, was in contact with me, which I thought was a warm gesture. Mr. Efran was very welcoming and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and my room was immaculate—beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every necessary amenity I could think of. Mr. Efran also arranged a shuttle to and from the airport, as well as an island tour shuttle. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day. I can’t recommend HOTEL NOLIS White FIRA highly enough—this was truly a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to return!

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room had an unpleasant, musty smell and didn’t feel properly cleaned—it seemed dusty, which triggered our allergies. Both my partner and I felt uncomfortable staying in the room because of this. While Erham at reception was very kind and honest, the overall condition of the room made the stay not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel based on our experience.

Do not stay here!!!!!! Read the reviews and tried to cancel but they refused. Came in with an open mind but it was disgusting. We ended up leaving right after we found another hotel because we couldn’t stay in such a disgusting environment. Worst experience ever. The room was dirty and had mold and a horrible smell. The blow dryer is burnt. There was something sticky on the bathroom handle. There were bugs all over the place. It was so humid that the sheets felt damp. They don’t provide you with soap or any toiletries. They expect the 2 mini shampoos to last you the whole trip to wash your hands. They don’t even clean the rooms. They expect you to pay 5 euros each time you want the room cleaned. The furniture was old and disgusting. Nothing like the pictures. There is no reception just someone to give you the keys.

The suite we stayed in was not well maintained. The AC unit started dripping when we turned it on. It was repaired the same day thankfully. Hairdryer in the bathroom was not working. Thank fully had a substitute. Lamp shade on the right side of the bed was missing, left side was broken. One light bulb in bathroom vanity burnt out. Hand hand shower unit was falling apart. The location was convenient being close to the heart of Fira. Ephraim the front desk person was very helpful and tried to do what he could to make our stay the best and resolved issues like the leaking AC. The photos posted do not resembled reality.

Pagué euros por un zulo, sucio ,viejo sin wifi , aunque presumen en la página de tener uno muy bueno ,sin cobertura en general,la tele no os preocupéis si es smart TV ,por qué la mia ni funcionaba,el frigorífico lo tuve que desconectar por el ruido que hacía y el olor de la habitación al entrar horrible,para nada aconsejo que os alojeis en noris hay muy buenas opciones en la isla a todos los precios

Address wasn’t clear, no sign , we had to walk all way down the so many stairs until we made a video call with host to direct us to the place, he wasn’t there to help us and we had to wait a long time ( we were early but he said he would be there when we arrive) then he took us to a very small room with no natural light like a cave, we complained and after a long discussion he gave us another room (same size but better lighting) we had only two towels no hand towels not a very good looking and condition towels and bed sheets, both sink and shower drains were clogged and we had to turn off the water and wait to continue washing ourselves, no one ever checked to see we need something we travel a lot but this place was one of the worst hotel we ever stayed. Do not recommend it at all.
