"Great shuttle, helpful staff and the worlds best pillow"

"The hotel had the look of a 5 star but felt like a 3 star. 1. For a 5 star hotel and the amount paid, I was shocked to find out that bottled water wasn't even complimentary - I've stayed in many hotels (3* - 5*) and bottled water has always been complimentary. 2. Again, for a 5 star hotel, there was no iron available in the room. Had to make a call and use a shared one. 3. We were 2 guests in one room yet the amenities were for 1 guest only. Again, never come across this in any other hotel I've stayed at over the years. 4. They don't put out UHT milk in the rooms, only coffee creamer. Had to ask the bar for milk, was an inconvenience. 5."

"Great breakfasts and fabulous dinners with dramatic sunset views. Costas is an amazing server at breakfast and gave us great tips on where to go. The pool was only 23 C so a bit cold."

"We loved our stay at Caldera Premium Villas, which must have one of the best views in Santorini. Staff welcomed us with a refreshing drink, kindly checked us in early, and were so incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Anna and team make a beautiful breakfast each day, and make folks feel at home —an exceptional property, (with a stunning view!) and wonderful visit — we hope to come again!!"

"Amazing stay! Room had a lovely view of the caldera and was very nicely maintained. The staff and owners are so attentive and great conversationalists. They helped arrange transportation for us, and directed us to some of the best restaurants we ate at on our trip. Located conveniently close to the Fira-Oia walk, which was super worth the hike. We wish we could’ve been here for longer! "

"The staffs were friendly and accommodating. The room was kinda small, but it got the job done and was clean and well maintained. There is a pool too that I didn't get to use but looked nice and clean. Wifi worked well. From the main road it's a little bit downhill thru an uneven street. So, that could be something to keep in mind."

"I absolutely LOVED my stay at Santorini Palace, this is the best staff I ever experienced! They made my stay so enjoyable and peaceful, they were all so welcoming, kind, ready to help and answer any questions. The kitchen staff was so helpful, understanding and accommodating to my nutrition restrictions - I am gluten and dairy free, which makes it difficult when I travel but not at Santorini palace! they had many options for me that made my trip! Kudos to Jonida at the reception desk! She was the first staff I encountered and she set the tone for my entire time at Santorini Palace. Every staff member made my stay special. And of course I loved the amenities, the cleanliness, the views! Thank you for making my solo trip no so solo at all. Blessings!"

"Absolutely loved our stay. The view was amazing and the location was perfect — walking distance to everything. The villa was clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and they made the whole experience smooth from start to finish. One huge win for us was the gentleman who helped carry our luggage up and down those steep Santorini stairs. We had FOUR 50lb suitcases plus carry-ons, and honestly, I don’t know how we would’ve done it without him. Make sure to bring some cash to take care of him — he deserves it. Overall, a 5-star experience for us and we would definitely stay again."
