"Beautiful resort. Attentive Staff. Picturesque setting. Good Food. Overall - a great experience. The reason for 3 stars is they charged one couple in our group 80eu PER NIGHT for a pack and play (folding crib) for their infant. Most hotels provide this for free or 5-10Eu. For that price, they could provide a brand new one each night and let them take it home. That's our only complaint, otherwise it was a nice place to stay. "

"This place is charming and absolutely gorgeous. The bathroom & tub were amazing! Immaculate. The staff is the real stand out-- incredibly warm, courteous and helpful. "Appartement au centre d’un mini village pittoresque perdu dans la campagne. Le feu de cheminée était très agréable au mois de Janvier! La salle de bain dans l’appartement était vraiment décevant, une simple cabine de douche cheap et trop petite avec la peinture du mur qui s’écaille. Les portes de cuisine étaient mal réglées et la poignée de la porte de l’appartement également. Le personnel est très gentil cependant un service au restaurant qui n’est pas vraiment professionnel. When we arrived we were told the restaurant was closed for dinner and later found out the chef left and they were closing the restaurant for the rest of the year. We booked this location as our first stop in Italy after traveling from the USA to fight off jet lag and specifically picked this place for an agritourismo experience. "Struttura molto bella in un antico monastero, con grande parco.Arredi essenziali ma idonei.Forse da rinnovare quelli della sala colazione e bar.Purtroppo la sala fitness è stata ridotta di dimensioni e macchinari, ma questo è un aspetto comune a tanti hotel in Italia di trascurare o non avere questo servizio.SPA nuova e ben tenuta."
