What I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere, excellent sense of security, and lack of crowds and noise, unlike Kuta and some other busy tourist areas in Bali. If your main purpose of traveling is to relax, clear your mind, and enjoy a peaceful getaway, I highly recommend this hotel. My daily routine was simple yet incredibly enjoyable, consisting of relaxing walks along the beach, enjoying the ocean views, and strolling through the nearby streets, where restaurants, cafés, and essential services are all conveniently located within walking distance. "The Location: Truly unbeatable. The main street is right outside, and the beach is just a few hundred yards away via a dedicated walkway. You have an endless choice of bars, cafes, restaurants, mini-marts, and boutiques right on your doorstep. Even with The Icon right next door, the hotel manages to feel incredibly private and unobtrusive. The Room & Pool: Our downstairs room was outstanding—perfect bed, great pillows, and a brilliant open-air bathroom with a fantastic shower and large bath. The private porch steps directly out into a lush garden, and just four steps later, you are at the pool. This is the best hotel pool I’ve ever experienced. The size and water temperature are perfection. The hotel's water fountains completely mask the street noise, creating a peaceful sanctuary. The Staff & Service: The staff are exceptional, embodying that gorgeously warm and engaging Balinese hospitality. The entire hotel and the rooms are kept spotlessly clean without any fuss. I cannot speak highly enough of this establishment. It is just a wonderful place to stay and we will return here in a heartbeat. Highly recommended! PS - we paid a little extra to get the daily à la carte breakfast at the Glass House next door. After some initial doubts, we found this to be very convenient and good value, especially as we’ve become rather cynical of buffets.
