"Very close to the Ichikawa station. Hotel is super clean and is basic but has everything you need. Fridge is larger than usual business hotels and room is spacious. Chose this hotel for the separate toilet and bathroom, and the sliding door that separates the beds from living room area.
Although self-check in, there are staff on site who can help if needed. Super friendly staff. Highly recommended.

"Very clean hotel in a central location, with plenty of parking directly across the road. Hotel staff were very friendly and one of them spoke English well. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our stay. We booked the private onsen bath for our family and was well worth it. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a Lawson konbini directly across the road. Stayed from June 1 - June 3, 2025"
"The most impressive hotel just a few minutes walk from the station connected by walkway. Loved the convenience of getting to all the places we wanted to go. Staff were most helpful and breakfast was excellent with ample variety to enjoy for a week."

"Great budget hotel! Clean, comfortable and conveniently located just a two minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station. Was the perfect place to rest after having arrived late in the evening. Breakfast was great. If you need to leave early, get downstairs for breakfast early as it gets busy! Would recommend!"

"I hardly slept on my 3 night stay. The pictures show it as a private room but there is no ceiling so you are technically in a cubical sharing a room with 8 other very loud people. The noise was completely unreasonable and I will never stay at this property again. The slamming of the doors, crunching wrappers, coughing at 3am made me want to leave as soon as possible. The bed and pillows are made of fake leather and blankets and towel must be rented for a daily fee. Worst place I have stayed in Japan by far. I wish I could get my money back"
