Péssimo

O hotel deveria ser fechado pela vigilância sanitária. No site anunciaram que o quarto tinha frigobar e ar condicionado. Mas no quarto 01 e 11 não tem nenhum dos dois itens. Além disso, não havia telefone ou interfone para ligar para a recepção. Os móveis estão em péssimas condições de conservação. O colchão é um colchonete no qual a sua coluna sentirá o estrado da cama a noite toda. Os lençóis e roupa de cama encardidos. E como se não bastasse toda essa desgraça nos 2 quartos achamos baratas. Muito provavelmente o hotel tem ninhos de barata. Péssima experiência. Jamais retornarei!

O que é bom repete.

Hotel bom, tranquilo e com excelente receptividade. Localização com supermercados, bancos e restaurantes próximos. Saída para a BR-101 rumo à praia de São Francisco do Sul. Nota 10.

Não fiquei contente porque fiz a reserva pelo site chegando lá para fazer o check in estava TD o contrário do que eu reservei,a recepção do hotel precisa melhorar pois não tem pessoas capacitadas.....
