"The breakfast was amazing. The parking however was a nightmare!! It was supposed to be underground parking, but they said that the spots were too small. It was an Audi 1. Not a big car by any stretch of the imagination!! We had to drive around one of the busiest areas in Lisbon trying to find their alternative parking garage. Which was hidden away on a back street. And then walk all the way back to the hotel. I was not impressed. After picking the car up we then had to pay €15 to exit the...

"The room was large but it needs to be renovated, it is showing its age. It was nice to have a balcony but the chairs, table and floors were dirty. The breakfast was nice it had a good selection. We took advantage of the Happy Hour and prices and selection were good. The Lobby is lovely. The staff at the front desk and bar were very nice and accommodating. The location is great right in the historical center. The major issue was getting to the hotel. Uber drivers are not sure where to drop you...

"My wife and I had a lovely stay here. The hotel is beautiful. Our room was a good size and had a good view over the gardens and river. The staff were wonderful and the service was excellent. The food was first class. The hotel is in a quiet area and a little removed from the shops, museums etc but that was fine for us. "
