"Fiquei muito decepcionado com o hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes, porém desta vez estava com problemas de mobilidade. Fiquei trancado no quarto pois o hotel NÃO disponibiliza cadeira se rodas. O que é obrigatório. Também tive problemas com elevador. Onde apenas um elevador estava funcionando. Fiquei mais de 20 min no aguardo. Fico me perguntando em uma emergência como conseguiria sair do hotel. Isso me preocupou muito. "
