Pousada simples, sem nenhum requinte, mas serviu ok. O ruim: as toalhas e ausência de arrumação do quarto. Tivemos que pedir e a atendente, muito prestativa, arrumou depois. No mais, ok.

Hotel limpo e bem localizado, pessoal do hotel são super atenciosos e simpáticos. Fiquei um pouco desiludido com o café da manhã, pois esperava mais...é deixado uma caixa pela manhã com algumas coisas pra comer. Na minha opinião é melhor não publicar que o hotel tem café da manhã!!!! Passamos quatro dias e nenhum dos dias foram trocados toalhas ou lençóis, entre outras coisas, como por exemplo a lixeira. Acho que serviço de quarto a gente não precisa pedir!!! Sem falar no ar-condicionado que precisava de revisão...fez barulho à noite toda e pingava sem parar.

Quarto espaçoso, banheiro bom. Mal administrado- internet não pega nos quartos. Chuveiro queimado, tivemos que, às 23h para tomar banho em outro quarto e ainda tivemos que ouvir da funcionária, no dia seguinte, que deveríamos ter testado quando entramos no quarto. No dia seguinte, encontrei um pano de chão, imundo e molhado, sobre minha roupa que estava numa das cadeiras. No terceiro dia, o quarto não havia sido limpo, quando retornamos às 19h. Ainda tive que ouvir da funcionária que eu não havia pedido a limpeza. Ninguém me deu essa instrução inusitada: avisar para limpar??? E se assim o fosse, como alguém teria ido limpar o quarto no dia anterior?

Limpo e conveniente

Nossa estadia foi boa, o local cumpriu com o prometido. É uma pousada interessante pelo custo benefício, ideal para passar a noite após um dia agitado no thermas. Quartos novos e limpos. Um destaque para o atendimento da funcionaria Josi, muito gentil e comprometida com o trabalho.

Hotel básico, mas limpo e confortável.

A estadia foi ótima, muito perto do parque aquático que foi o motivo de nossa viagem em família. O único inconveniente é não ter café da manhã incluído e o serviço de entrega do café não foi muito bom.
