"Staff was very accommodating, and were able to store my baggage for the day while I went out to explore. Note that the hotel is in the driving restricted historic center, so likely your taxi or tuktuk will drop you off on the main road, and you'll have to walk 5 minutes to the hotel. "Location was walkable into old town, train station, tour buses (434, 435 located at the train station) and sintra bus station. Our room was in the back, therefore nice and quiet. Enjoyed cup of tea on the upper terrace looking onto the patio. Staff very informative. Only thing missing is a small refrigerator in the room. Good restaurants nearby. Little fruit stand/convenience store across street. Pingo Doce grocery storea bit of a hike but worth it."

"Staff went beyond their duties. It was raining hard when we arrived and the cleaning/night shift person not only helped us get our luggage into the room, got us an umbrella and helped us settle in."

"Awesome location. A bit of a walk from downtown Sintra but it had a big public parking lot right next door. We parked the car and walked downtown and to all of the castles. The room was extremely small but it was all we needed. Try "pasta de nata" frim the coffee shop next door......amazing!"
