Great communication between host and our family. Please ensure you communicate through the WhatsApp though as this is the way to get in touch with your host. Property was clean, safe, and close to many São Paulo points of interest.

Neighbors are very noisy. Also check in is absolutely worst experience ever, their digital pre check in doesn’t function as it should. I got about 15-20 mail and WhatsApp messages to do the check in. Also junkies that pee everywhere in the area, it stinks.

The location and property are good, but the reception was horrible, the receptionists had no information about which room I would be staying in and I didn't even have contact with the owner. I won't be staying there again. I arrived tired and couldn't get in and had to book another room somewhere else. I was only able to stay the next day.

ME DEIXARAM NA RUA!!!

CHEGUEI A MEIA NOITE. NÃO DEIXARAM COM PORTARIA E NEM ME MANDARAM A SENHA DE ACESSO! NÃO ATENDERAM AO TELEFONE. TIVE QUE BUSCAR OUTRO HOTEL NA RUA QUASE A 1AM! Tremenda falta de respeito! NUNCA MAIS!

Apartamento bem localizado. A limpeza estava razoável. Bom tamanho do quarto e bom conforto.

A equipe é atenciosa, cordial e sempre disposta a ajudar.

Comida e Shopping sempre perto.
