We had difficult communicating with the clean crew, we asked several times for towels and they didn’t know who was the responsible person for it. Also tv won’t work cable service was cut out. Keys always had difficulty to read and we had to replace several times. They changed us for the 3rd person in our room but wasn’t prepared for that, no extra sheets or towels for the 3rd person and the bed for the 3rd person was not appropriate to the charges.

Hidden costs...

Good property, but this unit is not part of the hotel that also operates in the building. the front desk could not help with various items, including complaint about neighbor room smoking and cigarette smell coming into our unit, requesting soap, toilet paper, etc. We were required to contact someone via text message to ask for toilet paper and were told they did not provide and we had to purchase our own. Towels were also not changed unless we paid for it and were told it had to be paid via a local money transfer (I dont have a local bank account). The property overall was good, but wish they would not be cheap on these small items (toilet paper pack cost $2 at the supermarket). I highly recommend booking a room with the actual hotel (Comfort Suites) instead of Anora. Its the same room, but comes with the service you expect when traveling, as well as a front desk who can assist, no extra charge for parking, towels, room service, cleaning, etc.

Quarto grande, chuveiro beeem forte e quente, TV smart, e a piscina aquecida do hotel é muito boa pra uma relaxada a noite (até 22h). Unicas coisas ruins: o pendurador de toalha estava quebrado, quase caindo e quando liguei o fogão elétrico o disjuntor geral caiu. Como acabei não precisando (usei o microoondas).

No geral muito tranquilo silencioso, porém a limpeza do banheiro e da cozinha muito ruim. Cheio de cabelo no chão urina no vaso em cima da tampa cabelo feminino no ralo e na pia ou seja não houve limpeza, localização excelente atendimento da recepção excelente atenciosos se não fosse pela limpeza seria a melhor estadia de toda a região

Nossa experiência foi excelente! O flat é muito bem cuidado, tudo novo, limpo e organizado. A cama é super confortável, o ambiente aconchegante e encontramos tudo exatamente como descrito.
