Bad hotel

The only thing this hotel offers is a cheap place to sleep. The rooms are tiny, the beds are uncomfortable, the shower barely works, there is no air conditioning or fan, and the staff are unhelpful.

Pra quem busca conforto ,comodidade e bom atendimento ,não recomendo , até imaginei que seria simples , até ai tudo bem devido a localização , mas o que cobram é muito caro para o serviço oferecido . Não tem serviço de quarto , fiquei de quinta á domingo deixando a chave na recepção e nunca foram la tirar o lixo , trocar as toalhas ou lenços de cama, tem que levar as toalhas para a recepção e pegar limpas , o café é o básico, além disso não tem louça , xicaras ou talheres , é copo descartáveis e palitinho para mexer o café e tem um aviso para lavar a louça após o uso , ou seja só um pratinho de acrilico , o resto é descartáveis . Ainda tive um contra tempo , eu e meu marido chegamos ás 06:00 da manhã , precisamos entrar antes, paguei mais uma diária , e fiquei no quarto minúsculo de 5 metros quadrado que dava fobia de tão pequeno , o banheiro ,tomava banho molhava todo o vaso e sentado no vaso , outro não podia entrar de tão pequeno . reclamei o recepcionista informou que os quartos eram todos iguais, mandei reclamação pelo WhatsApp, ele passou pera a gerencia , que logo me transferiram para um quarto maior .Mas mesmo assim pelo que cobram tem muito que melhorar . A localização é boa porque é ha 3minutos da rodoviária , e o comercio na rua é bom , mas tem muitos moradores de rua também , na mesma rua . Quem deseja conforto e bom atendimento não recomendo e não volto .Só fiquei porque não conhecia São Paulo .Que essas informações sirvam para melhorar o serviço.

Se você só quer um lugar para dormir, tomar um banho quente e descansar para o dia seguinte, o quarto cumpre todos os requisitos. Bem limpo e arrumado. Cama confortável. Chuveiro elétrico, TV e Wi-fi funcionando corretamente. Portaria 24h, mesmo que você chegue no local de madrugada, sempre vai ter alguém na recepção. Café da manhã simples. Frigobar/geladeira na recepção onde você pode comprar bebidas geladas. Equipe atenciosa e bastante gentil. O ar condicionado não estava funcionando, porém, o quarto tinha uma janela onde o local era arborizado e arejado, se não fosse por isso, daria tranquilamente 5 estrelas. É um local que recomendo a estadia.

É uma região onde precisa se tomar cuidado com celular, mas em compensação, da acesso fácil ao metrô e rodoviária de SP. Pra quem foi a BGS esse ano, conseguiu ter um fácil acesso ao Shuttle (ônibus gratuito) que o evento forneceu. Mas pra quem for utilizar o hotel apenas pra dormir e fazer coisas fora dele, aí compensa demais.

O atendimento da recepção e limpeza são muito bons, o prédio talvez precisasse de reformas mas é bem conservado e cuidado. Para quem busca um lugar para dormir e vai passar o dia na rua super atende às necessidades. No café da manhã é simples e atende a maioria das necessidades, senti falta de um opção de fruta ou ovos.

Bom custo/benefícii

Para o que eu precisava o hotel foi suficiente. Os dois dias que passei na cidade fiquei fora o dia todo e só precisei do hotel para dormir mesmo. A proximidade do terminal rodoviário e da estação de metrô facilitaram muito a minha vida. O quarto era razoavelmente confortável. Só o que tenho a pontuar é sobre o chuveiro, que saia pouquíssima água. Quanto ao café da manhã… um queijinho e presunto além da margarina cairiam super bem tbm.
