Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Otimo atendimento, funcionários da recepção e limpeza atenciosos. Localização otima para quem quer ir a pé ao Museu da Lingua Portuguesa e para as Pinacotecas. 20 minutos de caminhada para a 25 de Março. Policiamento dia e noite. Facil para uber e metro. Café da manha atende o custo beneficio. Um detalhe que adorei foi a estrutura do prédio antigo. Recomendo

Não indico para quem quer silêncio, higiene e educação dos “hóspedes fardados” inconvenientes e mal educados que entram no hotel para tomar café da manhã e não respeitam nem mesmo uma mulher no buffet do café, parece até que estamos no rancho do batalhão da GCM e da PM, banheiro com moscas saindo do ralo, isolamento acústico zero, todo barulho da rua é transmitido pro quarto, apenas um elevador para suprir a demanda, limpeza geral do quarto questionável.

Quarto para casal amplo. Único ponto negativo foi o horário do café da manhã (fim de semana) às 7:00, pois tinha um compromisso às 8h, poderia ser um pouco mais cedo. Tive que pedir um cobertor na recepção, no quarto estava apenas o lençol e é impossível dormir só com o lençol no frio de São Paulo, mas foram super solícitos e me deram cobertor e toalhas limpas.

Estadia aprovada

Recomendo o hotel. Confortável e limpo. A região tem polícia em cada esquina até mesmo de madrugada e em frente do hotel. Existem alguns moradores de rua e usuários, mas nunca mexeram com a gente. A localização é ótima por causa da estação da luz que leva você para qualquer lugar da cidade e de forma rápida e barata quando comparamos com o uber. Inclusive existe um trem que leva para o aeroporto de guarulhos. Tem um boteco em frente ao hotel. Comida simples (representando a culinária fraca de sp), porém barata. Sobre pontos turísticos, tem o museu da resistência e a sala sp pertinho do hotel. Na estação da luz fica o museu de língua portuguesa (bom para levar crianças) e em frente fica a pinacoteca. Para compras, o Brás fica muito perto da luz e dá pra ir do trem que passa pela lux (linha coral) e também perto da 25 de março (linha amarela que passa na luz). Desça na estação São Bento e procure a saída 25 de março.

Zimmer: sauber im Rahmen der Möglichkeiten... Personal: sehr freundlich Frühstück: gut in der Nähe: nicht weit ist ein Asiatisches Viertel mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Mein Zimmer war sehr in die "Jahre" gekommen. Mehrere Dinge wie Lampen, Strom, etc. waren nicht funktionstüchtig. Für eine Nacht zum Schlafen ok.

Me atendeu muito bem . Hotel ok por ser antigo . Café atende as expectativas . Chuveiro ótimo . Vantagem achei foi só atravessar a avenida e entrar em acesso seguro pra estação da luz do metrô. Péssimo atendimento e limpeza

Cinco noites e o que valeu foi o café da manhã, muito bom. Quarto sujo, ventilador de teto nojento, paredes sujas, boxe do banheiro com limo, e uma bita de cigarro no chão, mostrando que não foi limpo para próximo cliente. Na entrada reforçaram que não podia fumar no quarto, sujeito a multa..... solicitei a limpeza na segunda feira e depois de muita insistência limparam o ventilador na quarta feira. Solicitei a presença da gerente no quarto, para mostrar a sujeira, e nem se deu o trabalho de falar comigo por telefone. O colchão de molas muito barulhento, solicitei troca, que foi feita por outro igual.

Um bom hotel só pra dormir e viajar no outro dia. Falta investimento nas instalações que com o tempo se tornaram precárias, tem alguns vazamentos no banheiro e carece um pouco mais de detalhe na limpeza. Mas foi bem confortável e tem um ótimo café da manhã.

Hotel Antigo,mas muito bom

Hotel antigo , todavia com um ótimo atendimento desde a recepção ao café da manhã. Os quartos precisam de uma pequena reforma retirando as partes de madeira do banheiro e uma pintura nos quartos os deixariam super bem . Café da manhã básico ,todavia com otima diversidade .
