Nice place, bad check-in experience

The stay was good, the check in process was very rough. If you don't fill out the form they send before you arrive then expect to be waiting a long time as you communicate with them over whatsapp. Also, if you do fill out the form then it still might not work. The form failed for me many a time. Note that this was all after 10pm, when no receptionist was available

Quarto excelente, porém, todos os quartos tem algum defeito, fiquei em vários, um com pia entupida, outro com privada, outro com chuveirinho do banheiro quebrado e vazando, mas no geral todos os quartos são bons. Academia e lavanderia são bons. Recepcionista muito simpática. Não tem estacionamento mas tem vaga na rua. Obras na rua da frente e de trás do prédio. A obra da rua de trás é abusadamente barulhenta durante todo o horário comercial, impossível ficar no quarto durante o dia e da muita poeira então não tem como deixar nada aberto. A obra da rua da frente é tranquila

Hotel de categoria hippie. Dentro de um buraco a vila Mariana com pouca comunicação e não humanizada. Passamos uma semana e zero limpeza, só se pagássemos por fora. Modelo ruim de hotelaria. Nunca mais Charllie nenhum.

Atmosfera quente, mas valeu a pena!

Estadia boa e tudo mais ocorreu dentro do esperado pela proposta da Rede Charlie. A parte que pode melhorar é o chuveiro que está quebrado e inadequado à rede d'água, sendo fraco e frio, não aproveitando a pressão natural. Além disso, falta instalação de duchas higiénicas. O mais desagradável foi o ar condicionado que é novo e só funciona o modo ventilação. São Paulo tinha a temperatura de 35 graus nesse fim de semana...! De resto, muito boa a estadia e voltaria a ficar nesta unidade, se houvesse reparo adequado do que relatei.
