Smart Room Relies on People Speaking Portuguese

The room and hotel was good for a short stay. I think the only thing that was difficult was the fact that the room was “smart” and certain actions (opening/closing curtains, some light switches, room features) only worked through Alexa. I don’t speak Portuguese, so I had to use google translate to close the curtains or turn on certain lights for me. I wished I could just do these things myself.

This has to be one of the worse hotels I stayed. There were no shampoo or soap in the bathrooms. Check in staff were not very helpful or friendly. The room cleaning took literally 2 minutes. All they did was literally throw the comforter over the bed and not even organize the flat or fitted sheet below. No pool hotels were available to staff, literally go swim and shake off like a dog. I would not recommend this hotel

Very close to shopping centres and transport. The breakfast was plentiful. Staff very pleasant. My room was cleaned to a good standard. The air conditioning kept my room pleasantly cool. Having a safe in the room was a plus.

Muito bom!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, em frente ao shopping Tatuapé que dá acesso a vários meios de transporte. Muitas opções de restaurantes na redondeza. Quarto muito bom, com vista maravilhosa. Café da manhã muito bom. Ficou a desejar no atendimento, o check-in foi tardio, com tempo de espera por parte dos hóspedes.

Habitaciones entregadas en mal estado, con filtracion en una de ellas, rayadas sin pintar, sin accesorios electricos en algunas de ellas con detalles descuidados. El gimnasio terrible, es decir algunos equipos nuevos sin su debido mantenimiento, faltan piezas para hacer ejercicio. Buffet sin variedad en el desayuno todo lo dias lo mismo y poco control del personal con los huespedes. Lobby buena impresion, personal amable pero no te colocan ni agua en la habitacion. No nos dieron jabon hasta el segundo dia y nunca nos pusieron shampoo en el baño tuve que comprarlo. No volveria

O Hotel é Ok. Quarto simples mas atendeu bem. Banheiro precisa de manutenção , pedaços da parede caindo no chao e caixa do vaso sanitario nao enchia o suficiente pq a agua ficava esgotando.Café da manhã ok. Limpeza pessima, afinal nao teve né. Fiquei Tres dias e cade a limpeza?? Avisamos na recepção e nem eles conseguiam falar com a equipe de limpeza. Depois aparecia alguem levando nossa toalha, ah mas para conferir frigobar , isso nao deixavam de ir nenhum dia. Pela falta de limpeza provalmente nao me hospedaria novamente aqui.

Experiência surpreendente. Hotel super amplo, moderno, staff simpático, alguns senões senti falta de um bar, apesar de ter um restaurante muito bom, mas também nada que desabone, e no cafe opcoes fartas, mas desnecessário cobrar por ovos fritos, tapioca, porem entendo que deva ser pela logística, mas novamente não desabona pois existe uma boa fartura de itens. No mais ótimo local. Fora que é em frente ao Shopping. Adoro Tatuapé e com certeza sera minha parada na próxima viagem. Volto com prazer.

Hotel novo, no entanto com atendimento desorganizado e total falta de gestão. Não limparam nosso quarto, mesmo após três pedidos, demora no serviço de quarto para repor toalhas e sistemas de chaves por cartão, constantemente desmagnetizava. Muita insensibilidade do restaurante, solicitando a retirada do recinto, de minha mãe juntamente com minha filha (de 4 anos), somente porque a mesma estava dando comida para ela na mesa e a comida não era do restaurante.
