"Unfortunately the ceiling was leaking into the apartment during our stay, onto the bed and also into the bathroom, given the partitioning wall. We were told that this issue had also happened prior to our stay. After the first failed attempt to rectify the issue, we were moved to an alternative location for the final 2 nights of our 4-night stay. The host denied our request to refund the 2 nights with the issue, despite us having to mop up used water from the above apartments bathroom/sink, and the mould and bugs present in our room as a result. They justified this by saying we’d moved to an upgraded apartment, despite no longer having an outside terrace as we’d originally booked. Regardless, whilst we recognise that issues can happen, we should not bear the cost of our stay whilst we endured them."

"I feel like you can pay maybe $20-30 cad more to be in the prime location as this is a bit far out. I'm sure there's public transport but I ubered for convenience, so the location wasn't super duper central. Zerooooo sound proofing at all. I can hear everything. I didn't have to wait for a washroom but the flush wasn't great. I also had a single room... And the single room is located right up the stairs (meaning no extra set of doors). Someone (probably just someone thinking it was their room after a late night ) kept attempting to open the door with their keys. It's not the safest when there is no reception (at night) and no dividing gate door. It's fine if youre a heavy sleeper and just using the place to sleep, but yea the sound is sooooo transparent. "

"Our stay was amazing. In the perfect location - so easy to get around and close to everything. Room was clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool area was gorgeous and quaint. Staff was also extremely welcoming and kind and accommodating for any needs through the stay. Highly, highly recommend."
