We booked 5 rooms and we had a nice stay. The hotel has a lounge where we can meet up in the evening. The lounge is the breakfast area in the morning if you booked with breakfast.

The property is overall spacious and clean. However, my advice to travellers who will use the coin laundry machines in the hotel is that you have to plan way in advance to secure a washing machine. There are only two washing machines in this hotel, one on 6/F and another one on 12/F, for all hotel guests… I did my laundry and the machine dried my clothes for an hour but it was still not even half dried.

Easy check in. We were allowed to store our luggage before check in time. Our room was clean. The only thing was the bathroom needed to be deodorized because there was a stench. The blackout shade in the room is excellent as it kept the room completely dark. Very convenient location. Train station, restaurants, and shopping were within five minutes walk.

札駅の近くにあって、利便性はとても良かったです。朝食も種類も豊富でおいしかったし、部屋も快適でしたが、大浴場の脱衣所が狭く、混んでくると着替えするスペースがなく大変でした。あと、チェックインの際、寝癖つきのフロントの方がタブレットを持ちながらぶつかってきたが、気づかなかったのかそのままスルーされたので、ちょっとなと思いました。

飯店就在札幌車站旁，位置極佳。飯店及房內的清潔度也非常好，唯一不友善的是Lounge的使用，限下午三點之後才能使用其內的微波爐及咖啡機。飯店應該安排其他的位址放置這些設施方便住客使用。

コインランドリーが少なすぎて全く機能しない 大浴場の混雑がひどい トイレのウォシュレットが貯湯式なので、肝心な時に足りなくなる
