Place feels very new and well maintained. Only a few minutes walk from the subway and it's walkable to Susukino for all the restaurants and shopping u ever need.

The train station was 5 minutes walk from the accommodation. There was a 7 eleven across the road and a Lawson near the train station. Getting around was easy. You needed to have your phone working with the internet otherwise you couldn't scan your code to get in. The room was brilliant, clean with a washer dryer.

Room was very clean and spacious enough for a family of 6. Despite check-in being virtual, communication with staff was straightforward prior and during the stay. It was nice having a convenience store right out front.

We were so delighted to discover this new hotel. It is spacious and very clean. The hotel location is very accessible. There was a bit of a difficulty with communication during check in because we couldn’t understand the English accent of the online receptionist. Other than that, everything was excellent.

設備は良いのですが、サービスはダメでした。 障碍者なので洗面所に椅子が欲しかったのですが（パーキングはあるのに）、理由をお話しても対応できないと一点張りでした。無人だから、という理由みたいでしたが、椅子の貸し出しぐらい対応できないのはとても不満です。洗面所に椅子ぐらいおけばよいのに。サービスには改善の余地が大ありです。

キッチン、カトラリー、冷蔵庫の中のドリンクなど使い勝手もよく、快適に過ごせました。 ２歳未満の子どもがいたが、敷布団のほうで動けたので、子連れでもまた使ってみたい。 チェックイン、アウトともに簡単操作。 本人確認の際は、やや何を言われたかわからなかったのと、客室内にも用具の案内等あれば、有難い。

1.交通方便，離中島公園站走路5分鐘，附近也有往機場的巴士。 2.對面有7-11，旁邊有Lawson可以採買。 3.旅館新，房間乾淨，房間內配有洗脫烘衣機、廚房、微波爐，非常方便。 4.雖是自助旅館，但使用一樓平板辦理check in 和check out 的手續不難，有問題時也可和服務人員以簡訊溝通。 5.整體來說CP高，下次到札幌還會再訂這間。
