The property is in an excellent location and it’s many walkable options for places to eat and things to do. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful with all of our needs. However, be very aware of the size and type of room that you book. Our room to sleep two was very small.

The breakfast was particularly good with many options and nice vegetables which are often hard to find. Go early though bc the buses taking people all over will make the AM very crowded. Around the hotel was really happening but the rooms were still quiet. We really liked this hotel. A bit dated but clean. Used the coin laundry and it was easy and fast, no wait.

設備は少し年月を感じさせるところもありますが、不具合もなく、清掃面で不安に思う所はありませんでした。その分安く泊まれますし。すすきのの中心部、駅からすぐの所にあり、立地は最高です。ホテル直結の飲食店も、コメダなど使い勝手が良い。ウォーターサーバーとアイスディスペンサーが各階にあり、コインランドリーはPayPayが使えます。
