"It is an older hotel, beds sag but it is very clean, staff was great and showers hot, it's also the best location I could imagine. My only real complaint would be that smoking is allowed and when there were smokers on my floor the smell was enough to be bothersome. "

"Secure parking, clean and comfortable rooms, well located to walk Latacunga, friendly and helpful staff. Only downside (minor) was that the room was over the street, which could be a little noisy at times."

"Wir hatten eine Nacht gebucht und sind drei Nächte geblieben. Mit Kindern ist es großartig zwischen den ganzen Tieren, mit tollem Ausblick und großartigem Essen., insbesondere wenn man Fleisch mag. Toller Ausgangsort für Ausflüge rund um den Cotopaxi oder einfach einen Ausritt um die Hacienda. Und Sebastian ist ein toller Gastgeber, der sich um alles kümmert und tolle Tipps gibt."

"Bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Community dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were polite, patient, and very helpful. Exceeded my expectations "

We enjoyed our one night stay and would love to come back! It is walking distance tona huge market, stores, vendors and restaurants. The coffee was wonderful, as was the breakfast. The staff was extremely courtious as well. One unique feature is that it is the only hotel in the world made entirely out of pumice (volcanic rock)"
