"There was a problem with the type of the accommodation but finally when the manager involved we received the right type as per the booking. Even we needed to wait until 7pm to get in the accommodation. Only one guy from the reception was very polite but the rest didn’t show the correct attitude to us as clients. "The location is perfect, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The cleaning crew could be more attentive to details, for example wash the cups that have been used and make sure there is a vanity kit in the bathroom. Overall, a great experience!"
