"Has a secluded private beach. Were a young couple and took 30 minutes walk to saranda promenade- quite a up hill walk and has alot of character because of residents nearby and cemetery. We always passed a black labrador dog who is really friendly and polite. The room isn’t that modern but has everything you need: Aircon, Smart TV: Netflix/Youtube. The shower pressure is also great. One tip is if you don’t want them to clean your room, tell them directly. We had the DND sign but they still did it...

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, beautful room and the shower was gorgeous, after a day exploring or from the beach that shower is a delight. "Fantastic hotel, that fit our needs perfectly. We stayed in the very spacious 2 bedroom suite with a huge patio. The hotel is about a 40 min walk from the main promenade in the city, so a rental car is helpful if you don’t want to walk long distances. The location is much quieter than the main city, which suited us well. Several lovely restaurants around and also lots of small supermarkets. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back. "

"My husband and I went in August of 2025. This hotel is owned by a beautiful family. From my understanding, the owners are a husband and wife Elona, and they truly made our stay special with the help of their sweet staff. Elona was incredibly kind and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Her husband was just as sweet and is the head chef behind all the delicious meals we enjoyed during our stay. Also they speak English and Italian very well. They also recommended a boat tour for us when ours got cancelled, and it ended up being such a fun experience. The views from the hotel were absolutely beautiful, and the hotel itself was very clean and well maintained. The location is peaceful, but you do need to drive about 10 minutes to reach the boat tour location and what I’d consider the city’s “downtown,” where there are plenty of food options and shopping stalls. The owners were always on top of everything and made sure we felt taken care of. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel was new and well appointed. The view was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. However, the staff were particularly unfriendly bordering on rude. The breakfast was limited. The stairs were constantly wet. The area was under development and this was not mentioned in the hotel description. The area was not accessible to shops/restaurant on foot. Particularly hard for older people. "
