We were staying at the Ground Floor room, where there are noises from the drainage system in the building all the time. "Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"

"A good hotel, which is well located. Don't let the outside fool you - the rooms are quite nice. Beds are comfy; hot water works well; and the rooms are generally clean. The breakfast is decent (not outstanding, but certainly fine), and is served on a lovely rooftop location which has a beautiful view of the mountains. Overall for the price, we were quite happy."
