"Stayed for one night on the way south. Uzerche was a nice place but quiet and we found limited options to eat at a reasonable price. The room was fine. The restaurant food was good but quite pricey, we thought."

"This little known gem, situated about 10 minutes from Egletons on the D16, in the delightfully rural Correze, is well worth a visit. If it’s peace, calm and tranquility you seek - this is it. Relatively unknown to the English (we were the first English to stay here) it’s well worth a visit. The hosts are very welcoming and speak English. The facilities are superb - we just wish we could have stayed longer!"
