"This is THE best lodge to stay at if you are going to hike Stoos Ridge. The facilities are very modern and clean with a decent restaurant in the lobby for convenience.
Despite having entered my passport info for all of us, it didn't save it, but the helpful staff took care of it very efficiently and gave us a welcome mocktail. How nice.

"The Chalet was just lovely, surrounded by bliss scenery that is truly awe inspiring. The staff were extremely helpful, even lending us an adaptor. Couldn’t recommend more. "
"Le rapport qualité-prix n’y est pas. L’hôtel est parfaitement situé (au bord du lac), la chambre était spacieuse avec une excellente literie mais la salle de bain était vieillotte et les terrasses mal entretenues. Il faut payer de nombreux suppléments alors que le prix de base est déjà élevé (lit bébé, parking, eau dans la chambre,…). Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas bon et le petit déjeuné très décevant."
"The hotel is beautiful and the private beach and free paddle boards available to guests made the experience absolutely incredible.
Also, the shoreline restaurant was the most serene view during my entire Switzerland trip.

"Overall, we had a very good stay. Though the times is a bit dated, it was ver clean and comfortable.
Location was great. Less than 10 minute walk the Chapel bridge and the train/bus station.
Included in our room cost was breakfast, a nice buffet with lots of variety.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

"A good hotel for young families. They have a play area for young children, which our eight year old loved. The family room was nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Located outside of Lucerne city centre, it is well connected by frequent buses to and from the city. There's an Aldi nearby too."
"The property was nice and the room was good. Our only complaint would be the A/C. There was one in the room but it didn’t cool the room enough for us. We opened the windows and it was fine. Very close to old town and there was parking (for $) on the premises. "
