"Worst hotel I ever stayed in didn’t even care to check out. Whole facility was disgusting even the parking lots was in terrible condition. Whole building had a smell. Elevator was dirty toilet backed up seem like the sewage reversed back into the toilet. Bed had stains on sheets and pillows. Refrigerator was not cleaned. Any site should not let this hotel be advertised"

"! I was upset because for a messed up room that was dirty and without amneties. The staff was very unprofessional and non-chalant. The 1st lady went to get a manager and she made it seem like the fee was because I went through a 3rd party. The 2nd day of my stay, I went to the lobby to sit, just to see if that was true, same manager telling EVERY guest that checked in was told the same thing , but you get that back" That was diabolical!! Also there was no sign posted on the door or either counter. I took videos and pics before I checked out. The beds were like laying on wood with no mattress at all. The tub was dirty but Im glad we bring our own cleaning supplies. After sanitizing, we attempted to hook up our devices for charging...BOOM! The plugs on the left bed wall didn't work. Also we were woke up by the light that following morning noticing the valences were there, but not the drapes. So we were not able to enjoy any sleep that night of check in and the last morning of our stay we checked out at 6 am. Heater super loud. There was a loud noise in the shower. Also, housekeeping didn't pickup trash and towels until almost 9:24 a.m. Customer service was definitely not there. This was the worst stay in my life. Airbnb it will be after this experience. My body is still sore from this 2 day stay. They put pretty pics online, terribly misrepresenting the company that owns the hotel. Also, the fridge worked when it wanted too."

"This hotel was decent! Will, I believe his name was, at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful! The food at the restaurant is good but a bit pricey for hotel food. Unfortunately the service from every other person wasn’t very great. Breakfast isn’t included and you pay $15 per person for the buffet. The bathroom/shower were a bit dirty but it just seemed like an over time thing. When my husband and I were leaving a cleaning lady brought her cart into the elevator and smashed me between the wall. Accidents happen but it hurt pretty bad. The woman at checkout was very kind! Pros and cons for things but overall we were satisfied. "
