Loved every minute of our stay, room was big and bathroom clean, pool was a nice touch with the weather being so warm, staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it was just as amazing as the hotel. Location was closed enough to the centre but not too close.

Superb hotel. Fantastic position by river, in old town below Chateau. Very comfortable room, stylish decor and impeccable service. Lovely big bathroom with picture windows (with curtains...). Great, fresh breakfast, served at your table. Excellent range of Scotch Whiskey too!

Had the most friendly of welcomes and the staff could not do enough to ensure our stay was pleasurable. A very short walk away was the town with its many restaurants and shops however there is a restaurant on site. There is secure parking or off road parking. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide choice of cold meat, cheese and pastries, cereals and cooked food. The coffee was excellent.

Very clean comfotable and spacious. Below ground parking very useful in extreme hot weather.

Really friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location, very clean and parking a real bonus. Two minor issues, water left in kettle and automatic light in toilet was like a search light coming on, when getting up in the night. A real waku up call.

A brilliantly run hotel with the most friendly staff and with rooms that you could pay twice as much for and still have a bargain. Very good place to stay

Basic but lovely. Clean, great location.

Excellent base for our trip to Saumur, just across the river from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town, great views of the chateau from the terrace. Good breakfast choices, very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitely stay again

The hotel is clean and simple with tremendous views

We've stayed here a few times and it is great value for money. Staff very helpful. Heated pool a real bonus and the restaurant is excellent.

Very friendly family run hotel with informal style and efficient service. Good breakfast. Restaurant has excellent wine list and a busy lunch trade. Evening inclusive menus more standard tourist fare but the setting is nice. Walkable from station across the spectacular bridge and ample parking by river.

Stayed here before and it is showing it’s time for an upgrade in bathrooms and outside as looking tired and worn in some areas.
