"The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs, and the music was great. The staff was friendly and attentive. When the safe in my room started making a buzzing noise, maintenance fixed it very quickly."

"The pool is a big draw. The property is maintained well and everyone is friendly. Everything definitely runs on „island-time“, so just remember that you are on a vacation and have plenty of time. I personally did not enjoy the quite loud life music (of questionable quality) at one of the two restaurants of the property. The adjacent beach is currently swamped with seaweeds and therefore unusable but that is just a temporary condition. Overall, a great stay! "

"Not a 4 star property - may have been 20 years ago, but badly in need of a renovation. The location is great (especially for Maho beach) and it is clean, but expect a timeshare property that is straight out of the 90’s. Also, the “free” WiFi didn’t work for my room. "

"This resort is situated in a beautiful location. The beach is AMAZING. Unfortunately, the resort does not offer a lot of structured activities, so if that's what you're looking for, this may not be the place for you. The buffet restaurant was just okay, but the al fresco dining options are good. The tiles in and around the pools need attention, as does various painting around the resort. "

"View was spectacular. Food at resort was primo as well. Beach is "open from 10-6" meaning if you want service, towel, or chair its 10-6. You can still take an early morning dip. Valet was chill, staff was chill. View again was great. Rainbow cafe is two/three doors down. Cool spot, but they party over there until midnight on the weekends. It is loud when they are partying and the bass shakes the whole block. Be aware of that. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant it closes at 8,...

"We stayed in an ocean front beach front studio. It was amazing! Great service and great food at The Hideaway restaurant. The only thing that would make it better is a hotel shuttle."

"The rooms were spacious, with sufficient storage in the wardrobe. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The bed was more than adequate, and the shower functioned properly. "The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. "We stayed here for a few days before Anguilla. The property is dated but very clean. The restaurant is very good with fair prices. I will stay here again hopefully the living quarters will be updated soon. The beach is nice and being able to walk to the other resort was a plus, more restaurants. They don’t acknowledge or do anything special for your birthday."

"Probably need more kids friendly activities since it is a family friendly resort. There is no kids pool, or kids activities. Simple sprinkler would help. The resort is understaffed, staff need to be more proactive. They need better systems in placed to improve customer service."

"The location is great, the host was great at communicating and available. The views was amazing.The listing did include the pool was heated but it wasn’t when we were there. I paid extra for romantic roses petals but no roses were in the room only some cheap heart shaped creations. The bathroom and towels need to be updated. "

"Everything that we need is there perfectly. Loved the view from the room , modern decor, lovely breakfast and of course, warm concierge. She even made a reservation for the dinner at a great restaurant nearby. Location is pretty convenient for all the best beaches in St. Martin. We’re definitely coming back ! "

"i wish they would mention that there are renovated houses and non renovated. had to find out upon arrival that we will be staying at the not remodeled version. also, their check in is at 3 pm. expedia said its at 2 pm. so that one hour was a big difference for us since we still came on early- at around 12:30. coffee machine was at the kitchen, but no coffee was anywhere to find. in general, it would be not bad 3 start, but definitely not better than that and cost way too much "
