"Room was updated and beautiful. Buffet was good. Always something to eat. Staff was helpful. Beach chairs need to be resorted at 6am (think Hunger Games). À la cartes did not take reservations and so we ended up going off the resort to eat - which was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel for families with small children but would likely say you don’t need to do an all inclusive in Aruba. "

"The hotel is truly excellent and exceeded expectations in many ways. The location is very convenient, just a short 300-meter walk from a variety of restaurants, making it easy to explore dining options nearby while still enjoying a peaceful resort atmosphere. Breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide selection of high-quality, delicious food and drinks. The setting makes it even more special — the breakfast restaurant is located right by the beach, providing beautiful morning views that enhance the entire experience. Dining at Ruinas del Mar is also a highlight. The restaurant has a unique and charming atmosphere, surrounded by water features and fish-filled pool, creating a relaxing and memorable setting. The dishes are flavorful and well-prepared. While the service could be improved slightly, it does not take away from the overall positive experience. The rooms are spacious, modern, and recently renovated, giving a fresh and comfortable feel throughout the stay. Overall, Hyatt offers an exceptional combination of comfort, location, and ambiance, making it a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay."

"Check-in is easy. Owner friendly & informative about property. Non public beach & dock shared with other renters was very nice & a great spot to see the sunset. There were fish jumping after sunset. I saw a stingray from deck early one morning. Flying Fishbone is right next to apartments. So you will hear & see the customers. The owners offered discount to eat there. There were kayaks & other beach things like sand toys & floats to use. Outside shower to rinse off. There is no hot water but it was still a comfortable temperature to shower. There was a stovetop, microwave, small fridge/freezer & coffee maker in our room & another shared kitchen if needed for more cooking items. There is parking on site. The best snorkeling we found is at Mangel Halto beach which is a 6 minute drive. If you like horseback riding, Rancho Loco (16 min drive) does rides to Conchi Natural Pool in Arikok Nat’l Park & have fun friendly staff. The horses are well kept & trained."
