"Great place to stay"

"Incredible First-Time Stay — Highly Recommend! I was told this resort is relatively new, and it does have that fresh, modern feel. I booked it to celebrate a birthday and had a few special requests I wanted to lock in ahead of time — and the entire staff went above and beyond to make everything seamless. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Everyone I encountered was respectful, friendly, and eager to help. Through phone calls and text communication, they helped arrange several thoughtful experiences in advance: a beautifully decorated room upon arrival, a romantic dinner on the beach with the sound of the waves (plus complimentary champagne!), a relaxing spa day, and a private beach cabana. Though it was my first time coordinating something like this internationally, Jason from Princess Senses made it all easy. He followed up as my trip approached, checked in once I landed in Jamaica, and made sure I was taken care of throughout my stay. The food — especially dinner and the hibachi spot — was definitely a highlight. Everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and exceeded expectations. Honestly, I didn’t even get to explore everything — the resort is massive! Between the restaurants, coffee spots, clubs, and multiple pools, I’d probably need at least 10 days to take it all in. Princess Senses has definitely earned a top spot on my list of places to stay in Jamaica. I’m still riding the high from the experience."

"An Unforgettable Retreat at Serenity Resort Our stay at Serenity Resort in Jamaica was the best vacation my husband and I have ever had. We are already planning to return. Arrival and Check-In From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was smooth. Accommodation The rooms and common areas were excellently maintained and very comfortable. Grounds and Landscaping The grounds were the most beautiful we have ever seen. Walking through the property felt almost spiritual, with dense, exotic, and stunning landscaping. Service Damien in the water sports area was professional and caring, especially during a medical emergency. Lynard, the groundskeeper , gave us an amazing tour and was very knowledgeable about every plant. Odien at the bar made a special drink to accommodate my cravings and was always great. Cornelius was everywhere, always greeting us with a huge smile and being very helpful. Facilities and Amenities The resort's facilities, including the pool, spa, and gym, were top-notch. Dining Experience The food was delicious with great variety, making each meal enjoyable. Overall Experience We felt at home and were sad to leave. Serenity Resort provided an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it. We will definitely stay there again."

"Loved the all inclusive vacation package. The hotel facilities were, in general, clean and well maintained. There was quite a bit of afternoon rain so there were wet areas around the building steps that made walking hazardous. It would be good to look at elevator options for each building to allow easier access for residents needing a safer balance."

"The room & property were very nice. Felt very safe. Loved the pool areas and the fact the swim up was a strict 18+ the lifeguards were on it as far as making sure kids stayed out of the pool & washing of your sandy feet from the beach. Very impressive !! Food was excellent. Tracy-Ann made it a great start to our day with breakfast. The entertainment staff was always professional & related to all ages. King ,Shadow & Bryan were so fun. Ended our evening at the sports bar with Veneisha, Kevin, Claudia& Dalton were amazing. I can say this was our best vacation yet because of all the people mentioned truly made our 35th Anniversary extra special. "
