Loved our room, great location, staff was so polite and helpful, really appreciated the 30.00 meal vouchers, used them all and the food was fabulous, loved the lobby displays and location of hotel is so accessible to everything else on the Riverfront. The front staff was friendly and knowledgeable about my state tax exemption form. Many hotel associates are not familiar *I still haven't settled up yet but I'll let you know tomorrow
