"this is a gorgeous ocean front property. The beach is well maintained and the atmosphere at facility is fresh and clean. Staff is super friendly and are ready to help whenever you have a need. The cleaning lady comes to check on you every evening to ask you if you have any addiontal needs. The bell guys are always on duty to call a taxi for you. Food is very fresh and well prepared. I love the text messages system. It makes so easy to communicate with guest service."

"I had a wonderful experience staying at Locale Hotel in George Town. The breakfast was included with our stay, and the à la carte breakfast was delicious and very good quality. The staff was super nice, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to the housekeeping ladies, who were absolutely amazing! They did a fantastic job and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!"
