We got what we paid for & that is all we needed.It appears to be an older property but the room was spotless, it is centrally located to walk everywhere & the best part was the staff, what a great group of ladies. Parking onsite was an affordable $20. For an overnight trip, it seemed ridiculous to pay more than double the price at the hotel across the street & I am glad we didn’t.

Superb location and a restful sleep. I see other reviews complaining about need for property upgrades, and while true, it is perfectly functional, safe, and comfortable. Really a great value if you don’t demand brand new first class finishes.

I’ll start with the good, location. This hotel is perfectly located to walk to all the attractions, the river and shops. This property is in desperate need of a make over. The carpet in our room was very disgusting and stained and furniture was very old and banged up. The bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were pristine white. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Although the exterior & interior of the hotel definitely need upgrading, the breakfast was adequate (really neat pancake making machine), the staff was stellar, & the location was ideal. It would also have been appreciated to inform us in advance of the $25 daily parking fee.

The property is in poorer condition than the pictures depict. The staff was awesome. The refrigerators froze the food in them even when the temperature was adjusted down. The parking and the location of the property is a plus, but the hotel has some maintenance issues. I would really suggest removing the carpets if there is any renovations. They are kind of gross.

This hotel/motel was TERRIBLE, so bad that we didn't stay the night. It is run down beyond belief. The room doors open to the parking lot, which has a transient population walking around. Empty mini bottles on the property, dirty door, run down vanity, etc. DO NOT BOOK! The worst part? It's more expensive than other VERY NICE hotels close by. Total scam.

Staff was great. It is a true old school motor lodge. Could do with a little/lot of TLC. Location is great for walking Savannah. Room was smelled of cigarette smoke. Air conditioner worked great. Water hot. Did not try breakfast.
