"At check in we were told the pool was closed for maintenance. Guest that inquired about the pool before booking were told pool was open. At breakfast we were told pool has been closed for months by a staff member. Breakfast was good."

"The staff was great, but the room's AC was so weak it couldn't cool the space (especially since the room had high ceilings) . It was so hot we decided to leave and drive the 2 hours home at 3AM instead of stay there. "

"Our room AC was broken from the time we checked in, multiple maintenance members promptly showed up each time we called. We finally got room switched around 11pm at night, that was the only undesirable moment of the trip. Everything else was excellent. My toddler endulged in so much cinnabon and ice cream."

"Bed room carpeting is in a pathetic condition, and the room has som unhealthy stench to it. Bathroom floor was dirty and the safety handle near the toilet was loosely connected. There was no toilet paper holder. The tub was slippery and almost slipped. There was no.cloth hanger or any amenities. There was no chair in the room. The building appears to be good. But the rooms will need to get a fresh start."
