"Sehr empfehlenswert für eine Übernachtung in Mittweida: sauber, modern und mit großzügig geschnittenen Zimmern. Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden."

"Die Wohnung war groß, hell und sauber, jedoch nicht sehr gemütlich. Es machte den Eindruck, als wäre die Renovierung noch nicht abgeschlossen und die Bilder die auf Expedia (auch hier) dargestellt wurden waren ganz andere als die der Wohnung. Als wir das verstanden hatten war es total ok, wie gesagt, sauber, zentral und genug Platz. Dennoch hatten wir uns eigentlich eine andere Wohnung vorgestellt. Alles in allem würden wir aber wieder kommen. "

Definitely have to be a driver to stay at Aparthotel,otherwise taxi to airport train station, or taxi to Leipzig centre very expensive. Overall not impressed at all,room ok,staff invisible,only fit for a night's sleep."

"Leipzig Airport? It’s a 15 minute drive. However, a Taxi will cost you €40-50. Getting taxi’s from the hotel is difficult, as taxi’s don’t want to come out to Wiedemar. You can get a bus and a train but it’ll take an hour to get into Leipzig. The hotel was sparse in both amenities and service. When asking the receptionist to call a cab for me, was met with a reply of “We can’t do that”. With no further explanation. There is nothing (and I mean nothing) around there that is useful. No shops or restaurants within walking distance."

"I travelled on my own, the hotel was incredible, in a beautiful place, the room I had was a single apartment and it was fantastic, clean and tidy, sofa, bed, table, fridge, kitchen sink, tv, desk, bathroom was outstanding, clean, bath and shower, large mirrors, sink, clean toilet and a beautiful view with wide opening windows in the main room. Staff are very helpful and polite, helped with ordering cab to leave, the bar in reception is so refreshing, all the nice seats, stalls and tables spread around the bar, nice peaceful outside seating for drinks and eating, smoking. A McDonald’s across the road from hotel entrance, and a massive Germany supermarket across the road from hotel with everything a traveller would need, I mean EVERYTHING. One of the most peaceful and friendly places I have ever been too, a propa German town."

"I booked a room just for 1 night over 2 months in advance. The booking was confirmed by expedia. I booked the room for May 20, 2026. That morning I flew from Antalya, Turkey to Frankfurt, Germany. I had a train ticket from Frankfurt to Wroclaw, Poland for the following day. I carry a laptop with me. I do not have a smart phone. Without knowing anything I arrived at the hotel and was told I do not have a room and all the rooms in and around Leipzig are booked. When I arrived in Poland I found out I did get a email from expedia on May 20, informing me that the hotel can not honour my booking. I am 71 years old and had to spend the night at Leipzig train station. Thanks for nothing Goldener Adler. What a way to treat a customer."
