Was a solid quiet bed for the night and no frills. The gym is great with some well maintained machines and weights. I missed the breakfast but that was my bad! Staff were friendly throughout

Good rooms

Good hotel, clean room, great breakfast

Room was clean Breakfast bar was satisfactory

This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly...

The room was clean. But the walls were thin and we could hear a conversation next door. The check in was quick but the gal was not welcoming at all. We didn’t try the breakfast. Location was not as convenient as hoped. Overall it is a good place to stay for the money but you get what you pay for.

Kitchen is very well equipped with coffee machine, but fridge is too large and made loud noises. Considering I stayed for a week and didn't use it was a waste of electricity and not environmentally friendly. Breakfast wasn't well stocked and there was no clean plates or cups, so had to use paper cups, cutlery and plates which is shocking for a Mariott. The casual...

Staff were brilliant and informative with speedy check-in. Good selection at breakfast. Room was clean. Plenty of parking.

Since our visit to Spartanburg was in connection with a family wedding the usual "tourist criteria" were not applicable. I can say that we were satisfied with the hotel and in particular with its friendly staff. Gordon Lancaster

The hotel itself was exceptional. But i scheduled online and was told the price was was $173 got to the front desk had to pay $290. I got this room for my son and his girl with my card. The guy checked us in was awesome. I told him to leave the keys for my son. They checked in late. The next morning i had to call hotel. He had lost his phone and I called front desk to see of she could ring his room. She was a very rude black lady. Saying "do you know the room #" of course i dont have a freaking...
