The Hampton being full down the road was the best thing that ever happened because it allowed me to discover the Wexford."

"this is my third stay at this Hyatt location and it’s a great hotel. Very quiet, clean and has a large secure parking lot which was great as I had a vehicle full of personal items parked overnight. It’s my go to choice when visiting Pittsburgh."

"Love the convient location to places I need to frequent. Easy on and off the interstate. I had a better stay compared to last year when remodeling was going on strong. Stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms. Loved the shower, without the tub. The breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty choices. Staff was very friendly. I hope the remodeling includes refreshing the seat covering in the dining area. They are thread bare."

"The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness."

"The price and the location were only the beginning of why we gave the location five stars. The staff here saved the day when the card reader was shorted by an electrical surge. This meant staff needed to escort people to their rooms every time they came and went. What was obviously a frustrating experience for all involved was handled with professionalism, calm and kindness. They rocked. Also, in addition to the care we received, the staff comped our valet, which would have otherwise cost...

"BEAUTIFUL hotel!!! all of the staff was great, parking was super easy, our room was spacious and smelt clean.. and was clean! there’s so much to do in the area, as well as many restaurants. bars, lounges, etc. the only thing that would make this hotel even BETTER, would be a pool! besides that, no complaints. can’t wait to come back!"
