"When this property advertise airport transport that is rubbish in our experience. We messaged them a week before and they asked for our flight details (sounded promising) then 'crickets', nada, despite 2 follow up messages, & a third as we were leaving GC airport. We get to the Flores Airport - nothing! So pay for shuttle to Flores Island and tuk tuk to hotel .. lady at the desk is on the phone to the shuttle guy at the airport as we walk in .. 'oh here you are' she says. No apology, nada! "
