"DO NOT STAY at this hotel! It’s nothing looks on the pictures, quite rundown damp with rude workers. Nothing works in the room including the a/c and if it works, it’s controlled by the front desk only. They don’t even give you a second key for your room. Such a disappointing place!!"
"The hotel is in the nature, well presented but staff of the hotel are untrained.
The hotel was not prepared for the quests.
There were so many clutter around... I stayed 2 nights, I had to asked the reception, removal of the parked car front of my sitting area, two days on the row that I paid good rate to enjoy the gardens.
One person saved the day for me Revsan :) He was attentive and helpful. "
"Am historischen Berghang gelegen, wundervoll eingerichtetes Hotel, Tolle Gastgeber, sehr historisches und liebevolle Details. Unglaublich schöne Aussicht und das außergewöhnliche Frühstück waren einfach Mega. Wir kommen gerne wieder."
"If what you are looking for is a gateway with either family or friends in a historic island full of local amenities (museums, boat tours, nature reserve, secluded beaches etc.), then Ziyabey Konagi is the perfect place to anchor your holiday adventure. Set in a recently renovated traditional stone building, this boutique hotel offers one of the very best services at Cunda. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting you things to do with companies that have previously received...
"Konaklamamız, genel olarak çok güzel geçti.Güleryüzlü otel personeli, makul çeşitlilikte yemek ve kahvaltı seçeneklerine bir de güleryüzlü personel ve lezzet eklenince daha güzel oldu.Genel olarak temizlik, tesis performansı ve müşteri memnuniyeti yüksek bir konaklama oldu. Tğm çalışanlara sizin vesileniz ile bir kez daha teşelkür ederiz."
"The property is pretty aged and not clean. There are limited food options but fairly tasty. The a/c was not working properly. The staff I wouldn’t say the happy employees, but they are friendly and helpful when you need them. In addition, the customer profile is a bit challenging population. In a nutshell, I wouldn’t stay there again."

"The rooms are newly renovated, pretty and clean. There is a country chic look with a nice distressed furniture look that gives the room nice lines. The staff although knowing limited English were helpful. The bathrooms are glass enclosed so anyone in the room can see fully into the bathroom which for me wasn’t an issue because I was traveling alone but if you are traveling with anyone other than a life partner it would be odd not to have toilet privacy. Although even with a romantic partner an open visible toilet is odd. I had the a/c on the whole night on full but it never got very cold. Summer heat could be bad. When I arrived there was no tea kettle and this was quickly remedied. Although I questioned whether the room was not a full view room and was told partial views were on the lower level, the room did have part of the view cut by the building next door. Also when I arrived I wanted to take a nap but there was a lot of hammer banging. In the evening the power went off for about 10-15 minutes. In the morning the water temp kept changing. The hotel does have its own parking. You are up on a hill and not in an area where things are easily accessible without a car. However it is near walking distance to windmills. Wouldn’t take the car as right after the hotel the roads become terrible with uneven rocks. Their bteakfast was great. Fresh egg dish offered along with a traditional Turkish breakfast with fresh pishi and a variety of breakfast items. "
